This is a company that is very organized and you will always know what you are doing days in advance. Work is work no mater where you do it but it’s good to feel like you belong to a team.
Favoritism. Formans talk down to new employees, say to other that they want there people. Not you. Tell at you, do not treat you as a person or a person of the team . Don't give guidance on how they do things. Your nothing to these people they want who they want in. They don't give you time to learn there way of doing things and getting to fit in . Don't waste your time. And there is racism .
