Pros

Great business model. Solid products and unique capabilities. Protecting banks and others with innovative products. Good people in the trenches having success in spite of some leaders.

Cons

Weak IT leadership. Have trouble selling what they build. Revolving door of senior leaders. Too focused on trying to prove to their own employees how special the company is. Turnover is excessive.

Pros

some very good talented people to learn from and gain knowledge

Cons

Internally disorganized, for a 20+ year old company they are missing a lot of processes that would make navigating the waters easier
