Pros

Good values as a company. Always looking ahead. Treat their employees really well. It seems like there is a culture of trust and friendship amongst almost everyone from HR to Product Development. If you need help, no one gets mad about you reaching out to them. Haven’t had a chance to do this, but they offer company retreats regularly and I’ve been told the teams all get along very well.

Cons

Lack of official training materials. Sort of have to learn as you go and pull together as much information as you can on your own. They’re improving it. They also have yearly courses but with COVID those are less frequent and in-depth.

Pros

Great technology, people, collaboration, and company vision.

Cons

Aggressive schedules, long hours without any chance to benefit long-term from sweat equity since the company will always be private.
