      Company focuses on keeping employees happy. Competitive salaries and excellent location in Scottsdale. More new products will put the company on the map

      Cons

      Some processes need work and some responsibilities need the adequate experienced people, but this is being worked on. Sems like some departments are very isolated

      Great people, great opportunities! Lots of growth and change translates into opportunity for those excited to plug into the trajectory of this amazing company!

      Cons

      More communication and better 401k. PTO should be sacred. Managers are genuinely dedicated but should lead by example and practice better work life balance.
