Disfunctional Organization That Doesn't Reward Great Work

Pros

Some great individuals who work there and you may get to do work that has broad impact.

Cons

Senior Management operates with too much politics managing up/to the owner banks. No focus on culture and creating an environment where people are valued. Culture of fear not enthusiasm. Bonus structure is not designed to incentivize meaningful work and people are expected to work hard with moderate pay to show for it.
