Pros

Some managers actually care about their employees and work/life balance beyond lip service. The building is nice and close to the highway. Good benefits Annual bonus

Cons

They consider commutes of 55 miles or less - as the crow flies - reasonable. If your actual commute if 60+ miles one way, you’re still expected in 3x a week. None of the upper management is held to that standard. Too much office politics. Promotions are based on favorites, not merit. CEO changes every 3 years or so, none seem to genuinely care about the lower level employees. High turnover among the tech teams due to not allowing remote work. Too many meetings discussing the work instead of doing the work.
