Pros

Unlimited PTO, and most of the time very flexible with work/life balance needs

Cons

Some abuse the unlimited PTO and cause obvious extra strain for those who don't. Salary is massively below market for most positions. Management is not transparent on advancement and pay raises. HR seems to run the company with an iron fist up to and include changing your annual reviews after they have been presented to you, and you will never know it happened until you ask for advancement to be told you had a negative review that you never saw.
