Earth Day Network reviews

The only thing EDN has to offer in leverage during partnerships and donors is reach and networking, but there is barely anything to show for it. Organized information for key campaigns such as education don’t exist. The data that is circulated is really poorly managed and has no central hub. Entire spreadsheets gathered over months and years (largely by unpaid interns) are wasted because there isn’t a standard way to manage/access them across departments. For Interns, specifically - HR did not offer an obvious path for interns to take charge of projects that would actually help them. As a result, myself and other interns have somewhat felt that after completing various busywork, their time was wasted. They did not personally benefit/learn, or even seen their work utilized in a greater context because poor organization led to canceled and conflicting projects. Interns aren’t compensated enough money for metro travel expenses, despite being promised that those expenses would be covered. Interns were assigned to the room with roaring conditioner and no windows, even when a quarter of the office being heated / lit up for noone.
