Cons

Ownership and management does not value its employees. People in leadership positions that don't belong. Unnecessarily stressful. Poor pay.

The Workers were cool, but only some work hard.

Cons

Management is so separated from the actual production that the manager don’t even know what is happening in production. Employees never stay long because they are treated as disposable. They just wanted to get a product out the door and didn’t care if the product worked or not.
