Toxic Culture in an Unsafe Workplace

Pros

There’s really nothing good to say about this place. If you like a work environment where it is acceptable for people to yell in each other’s faces, this is your place.

Cons

Low pay, incompetent management, substandard facilities and offices, outdated business systems, location is not really near anywhere, bully culture, cafeteria stinks like resins.

Could be a really cool product and culture. COULD BE.

Cons

Inexperienced management will be the bane of this company's existance. You can't lose over 80% of your staff and not look at those left as possibly the cause. Young, wet behind the ears leaders are driving the ship into the ground.
