Fun but not sustainable

Pros

50% employee discount, fun customers and fun work environment. Very earthy and great for free spirited people. Wonderful highschool or college job.

Cons

upper management always has drama, low pay with little advancement to move up. if you manage - you still only make what an entry level receptionist would make but you are responsible for way more. You are unlikely to ever work full time and if you do most of your shifts are 2nd.

One of the worst places I have ever worked!

Yes it's a laid back place that promotes peace love and light. I love the message it gives

Cons

Management is terrible They play favorites For a place that promotes all good things sure does have alot of negativity from management. Even after I quit I was still harassed by management. Someone had a panic attack there and quit due to the toxicity of the job. People are constantly walking out on the job because of how bad management is. I do not recommend this place to work because for a place that promotes positivity doesnt give positivity to its employees The St. Augustine store treats their employees like garbage and there are 4 other employees that work there that agree with me. Probably will think about going to cooperate next.
