Pros

Great team and lower management. We got lucky and had a great district manager, though that’s not always the case.

Cons

Upper management tends to be out of touch and cold. The company in general preaches work-life balance while paying their teams as little as they can manage while still keeping stores operational. Cultural sensitivity is severely lacking for a company that preaches fair trade and cultural “appreciation” (appropriation).
