      Pros

      * 50% off discount was useful and helped me buy clothes for work. * Team was nice to be around

      Cons

      *The scheduling of hours was 100% based around favoritism at my location, team members could have better sales numbers, but the assistant manager would still only assign their friends hours. *It was an uncomfortable environment to work in, didn't feel like I could speak to management about issues with coworkers without them finding out about it. *The hours were abysmal as was the pay.

      Pros

      Earthbound is an amazing company. Management is flexible and understanding and Team members are always in a great spirit. In my experience, hard work does not go unnoticed and in turn, growth opportunities become available.

      The most laid back company I've ever worked for. So many opportunities for growth if your willing to work hard and do your job.

      Cons

      Zero cons. Earthbound has an amazing support system with amazing people that want to work there.
