Work here if you want a friendly staff and a positive atmosphere
Pros
Everyone I worked with was a genuine and decent person and we all looked out for each other, during and after hours. The customers are generally kind and open-minded, and conflict only arose when they disregarded our mask policy when one customer spat in the face of the ASM. The management of my store did not drug test any of her employees, becuase if she had she would not have a staff. Management and corporate both have a similarly easy-going attitude towards workplace behavior, I easily made friends with all my coworkers. I was always positively encouraged to engage with customers.
Cons
The starting pay is not great at all, and they work hard not to give you a raise, despite raising both the responsibility and expectations upon promotion. This is not the job for you if you aren't able to engage with customers or capable of social interaction.
