      Pros

      The discount is great and you have the opportunity to meet some interesting people who walk into your store.

      Cons

      Very hypocritical. Boasts about being earth friendly and wanting to give out jobs to other nations. Yet most of the product is made in China and is way over priced. They use plastic bags. When wanting to move up in the company it is nearly impossible.

      Pros

      Not only do you get to work with an exciting company, you get to share amazing products with the guests coming into your store. The discount is nice, but that's not why I work here.

      Cons

      Though things get changed around quite a bit to make things looking fresh, it gets a bit repetitive when it happens a few time a month.

      The customers & fellow store employees are the best. The overall vibe of the store is great!

      Cons

      Employees are underpaid Corporate office is ungrateful at stores hard work Must work weekends Company doesn't have it together most days Products made with child labor NOT FAIR TRADE No training No incentive to stay with company Minimal sales bonus
