Business Outlook
Pros
Great atmosphere, people were awesome to work with, get to meet tons of awesome customers. It is just a super relaxed environment and no one is ever really breathing down your neck or hounding you on things.
Cons
Typically only part time unless you are an ASM or SM, and company standards and layouts are constantly shifting making it very confusing to keep up with at time. DM's can seem like they are out of touch a bit with the way stores are run, but they also are overworked and have huge responsibilities. There's not much room for advancement either, not on the retail end anyway.
