My store's culture was fantastic. It varies store to store, but it's such a cool company to begin with, and tends to attract very cool people. They do a great job training how to sell product.

Cons

You're encouraged to meet goals which raise yearly (as to be expected).

Cool for what it was

Pros

-Commision was amazing -The management was super laid-back and understanding -You had plenty of time to gain product knowledge -The Employee discount was absolutely beautiful

Cons

-I barely got any shifts to work -Even though I was seasonal, the manager didn't call me to tell me that my job had ended. I had to go to the store and ask -Picking up shifts from other associates involves multiple phone calls
