Pros

This company worked with me from the day I started until the day I left 7 years later. They truly pushed me to greatness and pulled me out of my comfort zone at a pace that allowed me to learn everything I could every step of the way.

Cons

Individual DM'S have communication issues with their assigned stores (not ALL of them, not even most, but a few). The RM'S are on point though and proved that they truly have an open door policy. Myself nor my staff EVER felt uncomfortable talking with them about questions or concerns.

great discount, developed great relationships at store level

Cons

The company is becoming extremely greedy and changing the culture and feel of Earthbound. Raising goals by 25% or more is a little money hungry, don't you think? Hiring DMs externally and surpassing internal candidates really shows that the company has lost its core values.

Great company that is willing to teach you to grow within the company. The products are unique and the customers are true cheerleaders

Cons

The promote people who sometimes are not prepared with their positions. Pay could be better and their prices went up.
