Pros
The employee discount. 50% everything is pretty cool- even though that's what the cheap product SHOULD be worth in the first place. Some of the people are really cool.
Cons
Little to no training on anything that you do. Typically, management will just be like 'here you go, go make sales'. Then, they'll proceed to get upset with you as you make a mistake on the POS system- a system they didn't teach you anything about, and is also extremely out dated. They fling out verbal and written consultations like it's in middle school. Although managers say that they want 'everyone to make goal this month!!', they always ring under themselves. Always. Employees were twenty, maybe even thirty percent down for the month and the managers were thirty to fifty percent above. They just care about their bonuses that they get at the end of the month. Everything here is cheaply made. Seriously. There are sweatshops, nothing is 'hand made in Nepal'. It's a great job if you want to learn how much you hate people. Management gets mad at you for things you weren't taught. Employees know this, but as soon as someone speaks up, they get fired.
