Loved the people I worked with, job was not too demanding. Working at the store was fun, interacting with management not so much.

Cons

Constant reshuffling at the corporate level makes it hard to envision a future with the company, District Managers are often rude and lack care for the teams they oversee (i.e was told on multiple occasions to clock out so margins would allow for higher ups to reach their bonuses.) Visual marketing would constantly be late with packages and then leave rude comments on workplace posts.

Discount on all items, including sale items

Cons

The scheduling is both inconsistent and inconsiderate. Shifts get cut without notice, and hours are not livable unless 'manager' is in your title. There's no clear communication about anything, and no room for growth. This is a second job, or a first job. Definitely NOT a main job. Be prepared for management and coworkers to have zero professional boundaries as well. It's really uncomfortable and unserious.
