everything else. Mainly the amount of physical waste this company produces and the impact on the planet. Everything is wrapped in plastic here, even the plastic is wrapped in plastic. For a company branding itself on holistic living and love for Mother Earth, they sure aren't practicing what they preach.

We have a communication breakdown. The goals grow while the amount of product shrinks. Everything is based on sales goals and if you don’t make it you’re not getting the good shifts. The company uses workplace for lots of things and it is replacing emails so things get lost in the shuffle. They want us to use the platform but only in a way that flatters the company. It’s like a false positivity breeding ground and can get catty quickly. Tone is not conveyed well and the #consisitency came out of nowhere. The standards are constantly changing and while it’s a new company it’s inconsistent at best. There’s lots of changes to management and a shifting mgmt style. At first higher ups were very hands on and now everything is so remote and strangely micromanaging at multiple levels. Going through lots of store managers in short amounts of time is stressful for the entire staff.
