      Pros

      Very diverse place to work. Management was great at the store location and supported employee needs.

      Cons

      Slight variation on when the schedule is received and sales are kept track of. You need to reach a certain balance each week. Difficult to move up quickly.

      fun environment with customers and teammates, employee discount, simple retail work

      Cons

      No commission, daily sales goal, poor communication through management to employees/ lying management, No opportunities to move up in company even when promised
