Upper management is amazing. Culture is amazing. Company as a whole is like family. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking to dabble in retail.

Cons

Pay is average. Communication could be better between districts.

My assistant manager treated the workplace like her personal time and would constantly share all the drama in their lives.
