Discount, seeing all the new stuff in shipment

Cons

Hours go to the people who have been there the longest because they have better sales and don’t give new associates a chance to make sales goal

Meeting people along the way and learning my own potential

Cons

Everything. Pay, management, home office, lack of care for employees and general up keep of stores. Communication, or lack of.. turnover is insane and doesn’t seem to be slowing down.
