Amazing company and coworkers. Love every shift I work here. As well the customers base is totally groovy. Overall great place to work.

Cons

Pay is not up to par with competitor retail company's. Amazing place but they place the managers on a much higher level then the other employees

Terrible accountability for managers. I left because a manager thought it was okay to scream at me on the Sales Floor and wouldn't even listen to my side of the story. She played favorites with her former sister-in-law as well. When I talked to the DM he shrugged and said you're quitting anyway.

Only 1% commission... got promoted but didn't get my raise for 4 months, now I can't get them to give me my back pay....
