I left for a better paying job. I would go back to earthbound if they became more competitive in today's job market. I would recommend this job to someone starting out. In addition, there is alot of growth opportunities.

Not alot of organization in corporate Too focused on opening new stores instead of other growth areas Terrible pay for anyone except a sales associate Some corporate employees are very rude and not knowledgeable Low volume stores, so bonus is low Sales goals are pulled from the heavens because they don't make any sense
