Cons

- Pay was low - Overall company had some strict rules for a retail store - Corporation that tries to market as a small "hippie" business while not truly embodying the qualities

Higher management in corporate was a little shady, there practices on hiring and firing are a little rough.

Cons

Demanding workload and expectations. ALL positions in retail are expendable. Position often required DM to balance demands of upper leadership with the work conditions and mental health of direct reports.
