Cons

Overworked, understaffed, underpaid. Major disconnect between field sales and home office. Problematic prioritization of profit over people (both employees and customers).

Flexible schedule, customers are generally nice and fun to chat with

Cons

Hours are based on sales. Unrealistic sales goals for the area the store is in. Thus leading to understaffed shifts & not enough hours to make more than $200 a paycheck. But management expects staff to be enthusiastic and go the extra mile 100% of the time. It's hard to care deeply about a job if employees are having to work 2 jobs just to get by on top of being overworked on shifts where they are alone.
