      My co-workers and I were able to commiserate because we were all being treated poorly. Really cool place to work

      Upper management was terrible! He was manipulative and pitted co-workers against one another with lies

      Pros

      50% discount on everything is awesome but not at all worth the nightmare the company puts you through.

      Cons

      Constant gossip, bullying, and harassment - usually started by or at least fueled by management. Don't bother trying to report any complaints to the District Manager because you're not worth their time. There is extreme favoritism towards the quiet employees who just keep their heads down and allow the managers to walk all over them and use them to make themselves look good. Even after I quit, I continued to be harassed.

      Pros

      Environment isn't too demanding and not much of anything else.

      Cons

      Convincing the consumer to purchase "slave jewelry" because it's "stylish" Lazy management, horrible corporate, incompetent district managers, work hours are horrible and the pay is minimum waged.
