Great school principal. She really tried to protect her staff and keep us happy. Very professional. Very fair. Didn't play favorites.

Cons

Aggressive parents. HR Department very disorganized. Political fighting and cliques prevented the system from working smoothly.

The only pro is you get health insurance, but that isn't much to write home about.

Cons

Covering classes every other day, students attacking the staff, guns being on campus, and no A/C when it is hot or heat when it's cold, Working there was the worst job ever, and the human resources department does not make it any better as they are pitiful.

Finally have 3 days off Thanksgiving and all of Christmas break

Office politics, micromanaging, mountain out mole hills w/small things, ignoring MAJOR issues.
