      Pros

      The pay and the days off.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. The system is vey unethical and inequitable on many levels. Like a disgrace to be apart of a school district motives are not student focused.

      The pay and benefits are better then surrounding parishes.

      Cons

      Communication from the school board is lacking. The demands are always changing. Someone described it as “fixing the plane while flying it” and that is accurate.

      good benefits competitive pay PTO and lots of holidays

      Cons

      very little security measures on school campus unrealistic expectations from admin central office has the ability to move teachers/TAs/paras to different schools just because. sub shortage means other teachers are picking up slack
