Pros
Truly there are some pockets of greatness in unexpected places in EBR. There are a lot of caring employees and schools with great cultures that are trying to care for their students.
Cons
EBR is run by a vindictive and ineffectual bureaucracy whose administrators have absolutely no regard for the students the taxpayers are paying them to serve. Good teachers, paraprofessionals and support staff see their caring weaponized against them to make their already challenging jobs completely unlivable by a school board and upper district administration intent on turning every school into a charter.
