      It is a respected community organization, recognized for affordable housing and its neighborhood economic development programs. EBALDC has a hardworking yet fun culture, with great HR team who has supported several health and wellness initiatives. The employees are fun, friendly, and supportive; a great group of people. The hours are flexible.

      Cons

      The organization could be stronger in terms of marketing and communication to the community, but there has been vast improvement.
