      Pros

      I enjoyed working at EastWest Bank. The people I worked with were supportive, and management in our branch was approachable. It was a good place to gain banking experience, and I appreciated the stability and daily interaction with clients.

      Cons

      Like any bank, there are busy periods where things can get stressful, especially when there's a lot of foot traffic. Nothing unusual, just something to expect in the industry.
