Quality of life focus and huge degree of flexibility make ERG a great place to work. The people are friendly, professional and talented. You can make your own way and be successful at ERG by doing good work and taking the initiative.

Cons

The flexible work environment can be tough for some people who like a career path mapped out for them or don't take the initiative to "make" their own career. A high degree of personal responsibility and self management is necessary on the part of employees.

Pros

Flexible schedule is a huge plus. Giving employees the option to tailor their schedule to their commutes, family obligations (within reason) is amazing. People are very nice to work with.

Cons

Sometimes flexible schedules can cause a bit of disorganization within a group. Seems hard to advance in this company, and promotions aren't all that meaningful.
