Pros

Great culture, lots of support, but lots of autonomy as well. Doing great things for others, every day, feels good!!

Cons

Pay a bit under market for the role I hold, but the pro's greatly outweigh this!!

Pros

The job is very fulfilling, once you are in the mgmt. position, there is a lot of support. Feel comfortable enough to reach out to your program managers and clinical supervisors, as they can better assist you with hours and make your job easier. I did and they went out of their way to ensure I received the assistance I was looking for as a BI. They are also very good about ensuring they promote within, if applicable.

Cons

Hours fluctuate as a BI; sometimes scheduling team cannot get you sub cases if you are low on hours. May feel distanced and no support from coworkers and clinical team (mainly out in the field)
