Pros

Supervisors care about you and constantly encourage you to grow and learn. I recently have been promoted to program manager. The pay is AMAZING!!! The work is REWARDING. Easterseals is the best place to be for anyone who wants to be in this field

Cons

To start out it can be difficult to get hours, and of course they fluctuate. But this is the case in any agency where you work in home.

Pros

Easterseals provides great training and lots of support to their staff. I enjoy everyone I work with and feel like I am making a difference in people's lives. It seems that the company promotes a lot from within and is always trying to make improvements in all areas. I have worked at other similar organizations and the things that are a pain here are a pain at other places too, such as cancellations, a lot of driving, and not seeing the people you work with often.

Cons

Took a long time to get my offer and to the first day of work. Cancellations could result in no pay. Other agencies pay more.
