Working at Easterseals Southern California means you get to be part of an organization that believes in true equality. Committing yourself to an organization that believes everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

Cons

The only downside in my mind is if you want a job where you can get rich quick. This is a job where you get to make a difference in the lives of wonderful human beings.

I thought I knew what Easterseals was about, but it is so much more than I expected! From the services they provide to the passion of leadership to the fun and supportive employees, they are top notch. I’m so happy I made the decision to come to Easterseals Southern California.

Cons

With many office locations, you aren't able to meet in person the people you work with on a daily basis.
