      The pay is decent. Great team of FEs to work with.

      Cons

      Benefits continue to cost more for less coverage. Job cuts are happening virtually every quarter. Marketing is overpaid and very under performing. (Just ask the common person on the street outside of Rochester what Kodak produces). The CEO either doesn't care or is disinterested in the employees. He lives in the bay area in California. No new products. The VPs are basically yes-men. No one seems interested in making the company great again, only in how they can squeeeze a profit out of it for the share holders. Sales is disorganized and perfoming poorly.
