Pros

Reasonable pay, flexible work schedule. Good co-workers. The exercise rooms and showers on site allow for workouts during lunch. Preferred parking is nice once you have enough years.

Cons

There is always a fear of being laid off as business conditions continue to deteriorate. Many of the offices and building are run down.

Fun sailing on sinking ship

Pros

Great chance to contribute. Lots of capable co-workers. Learn a ton from people that were trained well when the company was profitable and invested in their employees.

Cons

Senior management never changed company to fix cost structure. Don't know how to sell the great technology they have at a premium to customers. Old timers waiting to retire after a long decline.

Great Company to work for.

Pros

Eastman Kodak has been a stellar employer to me. I have been treated with respect and professionalism. They value the work/life balance.

Cons

The worse thing about Kodak during my years here has been the constant down-sizing that has affected us all either in terms of losing your position or staying on and having to absorb additional duties.
