Great people with a lot of knowledge very smart and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. too many processes and too many chiefs not enough indians

Cons

missed the market. the idea of rebuilding sales after the lost of film with a ink jet never made any sense to me. I don't know what this company can do to keep going

Interesting technically, great workers, but disastrous management

Pros

There are technical challenges for both software and hardware engineer. Most of the people are great to work with, and the management usually consider employee personal needs, when it comes to that.

Cons

The firm is collapsing for several years now - in a free fall. The senior management is the most incompetent I have ever seen (and I'm in the hi-tech industry many years): old fashioned, blind, bureaucratic and too centralized. The best that can happen is a liquidation: to sell each product line separately, as there is still something to be sold. In the near future, as people are leaving - there will be nothing left.
