There are people who have been here for full, long careers but they have had to make it through numerous layoffs. - While the molecular recycling effort is exciting, there seem to be a lot of eggs being put in that one basket. - Optimism is a required behavior...saying anything negative can get you bumped down in your performance ratings because you're not being optimistic enough.
