      Pros

      The environment at Eastman is incredibly collaborative and uplifting for everyone. Everyone seems to have the company's best interest ahead of their own, and its apparent in the day-to-day activities around the office. Eastman values hard work and integrity, and rewards employees accordingly. Eastman is a growing company with a lot of opportunity, I feel very fortunate to work at Eastman Chemical Company.

      Cons

      Depending on how you like to spend your free time, some see the location as a Con. Kingsport is not a large city, and the closest bigger cities are 1+ hours away.

      Pros

      What i like the best is the culture. Very colaborative and friendly but at the same time challenging environment. People matters and are lisened to. Great balance, you are expected to work hard but at the same time have time for your life outside of work.

      Cons

      Kigsport is a small town, there are benefits in low cost of living, security, but sometimes miss the larger city thrive.

      Great pay, stable work and family friendly. Flexible hours. Growing company.

      Cons

      Wants to be industry leader but has resently reduced some benefits. Be an industry leader and out do the competition in the benefits area. Money is only a part of the compensation for a lifetime of work experience.
