If you don't come from or like small communities, living and working in Kingsport may require a big adjustment. While diversity within the company has increased, the region overall is less diverse. Career opportunities exist but some career paths are not very clear. Still, Eastman is a great company that offers challenging opportunities and a chance for people to grow and excel.
