Pros

Eastman cares about your work vs family life. They take steps to ensure your health and well being. The salaries are above what people could make elsewhere in the community. The benefits are great and the work facilities and working environment are very well maintained and comfortable to work in.

Cons

The only downside I could say is the parking. Not to say that the parking lots are not adequate, it's just that you have to park so far from your work area due to the number of people working at Eastman, but that is a good thing, that so many people have good jobs so I guess I couldn't really call this is a con.

Pros

Variety of opportunites, lateral and vertical movement opportunites, continuining education, world class training, moderate work life balance, world experts available for help/mentorship, many volunteer opportunities are encouraged on a coorporate level

Cons

New management has created tension and unease among employees as job security is questioned, management is not well trained at coaching and development, there is a percieved sense of obligation and duty at Eastman that can negatively influence your feelings about the work
