Pros

One of the most amazing thing about this company is that they care about you - they want you to be successful. All of the coworkers I've been in contact with are extremely friendly and helpful. "You own your own career here at Eastman".

Cons

Although Kingsport is a great place to live and work at, it is a fairly small city. You'll still find everything that you'll need here, but if you move from a huge city, it is quite a difference.
