Pros

Flexibility, catered lunch, that’s really all that comes to mind

Cons

Minimal mentorship High employee turnover Preach transparency but it’s not practiced by many Noticeable favoritism in decision-making and opportunities Inequality in the account management process Hard work is rarely rewarded in a meaningful way Constantly shifting processes and procedures that are often ignored or forgotten within weeks Insufficient investment in the sales team, including the recent shift to a 360 recruiting model without adjusting workload expectations Sales incentives are poorly structured, with minimal bonuses for successful placements Mandatory call monitoring sessions where employees must silently participate in supervised Google Meet calls Excessive and often purposeless meetings that add little value Many business decisions appear to be made arbitrarily rather than strategically The company struggles to remain competitive, leading many employees to seek better opportunities elsewhere Benefits are not great Attempts to foster a “family” culture, which often serves as a red flag Micromanagement that they attempt to disguise Outdated technology

Pros

- Team is highly engaging, consistent check ins and feedback - Startup like environment - Ability to impact, if you like to contribute to best practices or business growth - Team encourages professional growth internally - Proprietary technology is generally intuitive; however, did have some components that could be better - Employee owned and rewarded equity after 2 years - As far as agency recruiting goes, this is one of the better internal experiences because you are partnered with only a handful of selected clients. So, it is very close to an in-house experience because in many ways your represent the client.

Cons

- Not really a problem but a preference to consider: It's a staffing agency. It is fast paced, you will have a variety of roles and markets to work with, rather than supporting just one. - You will need to negotiate your salary and commission accordingly, they are able to keep some of the TB cost lower because of their proprietary tech.
