      Pros

      If you fit the culture at Eastridge there is lots of upper growth within the company. If you love what you do and are willing to try new things and stretch your skills you will succeed and have a great career here. The company is currently going through a transition of their brand and is focused on and employee growth now more than ever.

      Consistency of policies between branches and managers lacks.
