      Good benefits, decent pay, company events

      Cons

      Very strange dynamic (pun intended) - very cult-like. They say events are optional, but if you don't attend you feel kind of shunned. Work environment is very bull-pen-ish. Large cubicle areas and it's hard to work. They say you can work at home, but yet they expect you there.
