      Pros

      I have had health challenges and my supervisorS and other employees call me regularly to check on me and even ask if there is anything I need. When I first started I had a vacation scheduled and they let me take off without holding it against me. When LIFE have it's challenges, I have been able to work remotely to deal with LIFE and still be considered valuable upon my return. I love this place because they invest in their employees future and furthering their education.

      Cons

      I live in DC and it's in TYSON's but for the environment, the drive time IS WORTH IT.

      Pros

      Flexible, will work with individual employees to create positions that match skill-sets. A rare IT services firm that's never had a layoff. Does not operate like a head-shop. Encourages use of emerging technologies. At forefront of identity management world.

      Cons

      Nonlinear career progression that assumes employees will be self motivated. Polarizing environment people love or hate. Very transparent about environment.

      Pros

      Best benefits and work environment I have ever experienced. Project work is challenging , but everyday you learn a ton from management and other more experienced employees. They have flexible work schedule. The CEO refers to everyone at Easy Dynamics as the "Easy D Family" , and it is not just a statement. She and everyone in senior management definitely care about each and every employee at the company. They have flexible work schedule.

      There are none. Best Job I have ever had.
